i realised i didnt talk about what happened on mon (26nov).
the dragonboat bodies flew into our base that every night close to midnight.
and we only knew about it in the afternoon.
at around 1pm on the very same day, i recieved a msg to get 2 jeeps.
then suddenly i came back from outbase, OC said needed 3.
wah i was like... sian.
u know la, MT Line always dont want to give me vehicles.
once i complain or threaten to, then they will give.
MT Line people are buggers. seriously.
they take forever to repair my vehicles!
maybe next year then give me back!
thanks la. and whenever i need a vehicle, they say don have!
then i will kp and guai lan them.
no choice, unable to succumb to the pressure, they gave me one more!

in the first place jus give it to me la. for what play hard to get.
there were many changes here and there.
there wwas almost 3 to 4 meetings jus to discuss about this.
and at each meeting, base comm would CHANGE THE ENTIRE PLAN.
imagine how dulan we were when we had to go thru several briefings again and again.
so we got the confirmed plan only at 7pm.
i was the hearse OIC.
had to escort the casket vans to the apron to unload the coffins into the vans.
then bring them to the holding area for their families to see them.
its was damn emo. freaking sad.
tears were flowing. parents and relatives weeping at the sight of their sons.
it made me feel damn emo also la.
it was like total silence at that period of time. just cries of sadness.
slowly one by one, the caskets were escorted out together with the parents of the late dragonboaters. after that, had supper with OC, lucas and au.
going to sleep liao. tmrw shall continue about the rest of the week.
