had my 2nd reunion dinner just now with my paternal side!
first reunion dinner was ytd evening with maternal side!
after which i headed over for our very own Pumpfest cny celebration at Steph's place!
currently no pictures yet! haha.
so back to dinner just now.
service was fucking lousy man.
in the first hour, we ate only 2 dishes - yu sheng and cold dish.
super bloody slow.
and the place stinks!
cause some tables in the surrounding us were eating steamboat.
prawn fritter dipped in mayo and lemon sauce with macademia nut!
why does it feel like all the restaurants, we visit for reunion on the eve, always suck!
even the food at crystal jade sucks! seriously.
earthworm! lol just kidding, pork meat with nian gao!
ok maybe im just being fussy.
but being a usual "critic", the food wasnt good AT ALL.
abalone with fa cai, mushroom and oyster fitted into the tofu skin!
but at least im looking forward to 3 more dinners in the coming week!
sharkfin with crab meat! one bowl per person!
there were plenty more dishes.
i think it was a 10 course meal.
but i was busy eating instead.
oh well, now back to studying.
