YESTERDAY the buffet gang finally had our BUFFET outing!
after planning and contemplating for one whole year,
we finally got down to it!
Spices Cafe at Concorde Hotel.
with Dante, Aveline, Marcus and Tung!
white and black setting, very modern and stylish.
and now for the YUM.

popiah but instead of the normal skin, they use egg!
they had quite a variety of dimsum but steamed pork ribs is my ALL TIME FAVOURITE!
they had laksa and prawn noodles!
loads of fresh seafood! prawns, scallop, mussels, sashimi!
roast beef!
who could ever dare to miss out on the desserts!
creme brulee!
fruit tarts and pastries..
chocolate fountain!
fruits for the fondue!

I SCREAM!
and then my cam died. so too bad. HAHA.
once again, the company was great.
lots of joking, gossiping, HTHT-ing (well almost)!
we definitely ate our worth (buffet ended at 5pm!)
before dragging our huge tummies over to Orchard Central.
